The rain did not realize the rainy season is over and returned today. I heard it will continue over the weekend. Looks like I will be in the gym tomorrow and maybe Sunday, depending on what the scale reads.
It was still an all round great day.

I lost 60kg (132lbs). But,
Back Big in Okinawa. Seven weeks on the road and I gained 24kg (53lbs). I'm not going to let that get me down.
**update**
Round 3 - only one 3 month goal. Lose 26kg in 3 months. Do not try and figure out where I went wrong.
Round 2 - two new 3 month goals. First, figure out where I went wrong and don't make the same mistake(s) again. Second, lose 26kg in 3 months.

09/09/12 -109 kg (Round 2 ends)
09/09/07 - 111kg (Round 2 starts)
