2nd round - 3 more months

I lost 60kg (132lbs). But,
Back Big in Okinawa. Seven weeks on the road and I gained 24kg (53lbs). I'm not going to let that get me down.
**update**
Round 3 - only one 3 month goal. Lose 26kg in 3 months. Do not try and figure out where I went wrong.
Round 2 - two new 3 month goals. First, figure out where I went wrong and don't make the same mistake(s) again. Second, lose 26kg in 3 months.

09/09/21 -111kg (Round 3 starts)
09/09/12 -109 kg (Round 2 ends)
09/09/07 - 111kg (Round 2 starts)
09/09/07 - 111kg (244lbs)
up 24 kg in 2 months
09/07/08 - 87kg (191kg)
down 40 kg in 3 months
09/04/08 - 127kg (280lbs)
down 20kg in 6 months.
08/09/20 - 147kg (324lbs)
