The Hot 100 - 1st 10 day update

My two 100 day goals

1. Weigh 85kg at the end of the contest.
2. Don't drink any beer (alcohol) for 100 days.

1st 10 day update

Goal 1. I need to lose 26 kg in 100 days. I have lost 2 kg in 10 days. I should be averaging a 2.6 kg loss every 10 days. I am behind.

Goal 2. I have succeeded.
