My two 100 day goals
1. Weigh 85kg at the end of the contest.
2. Don't drink any beer (alcohol) for 100 days.
Day 20 of 100 Update
Goal 1 - I have lost 5 kg in the last 20 days for an average of 0.25kg (0.55lbs) a day. I need to average 0.26kg (0.57lbs) loss a day for 100 days in order to accomplish my goal. I am doing well.
Goal 2 - Accomplished.
