It was a good day. I accomplished all my goal.
We have entered the Fall season and the weather is really nice. Intermittent showers in the afternoon make for a cool evening. I prefer to sleep with fans, my wife prefers the A/C. In a week or so I should be able to convince my wife to leave the A/C off at night.
We sleep on a traditional tatami floor and futon. At first it felt like camping and now I swear - it is a very comfortable way to sleep.

I lost 60kg (132lbs). But,
Back Big in Okinawa. Seven weeks on the road and I gained 24kg (53lbs). I'm not going to let that get me down.
**update**
Round 3 - only one 3 month goal. Lose 26kg in 3 months. Do not try and figure out where I went wrong.
Round 2 - two new 3 month goals. First, figure out where I went wrong and don't make the same mistake(s) again. Second, lose 26kg in 3 months.
